Do you work with general contractors and developers?
Yes. We work as a flooring subcontractor for builders, general contractors, developers and property managers.
Is final cleaning included?
Yes, within the cleanup scope we agree in the bid. After installation we clean the area we worked in (debris, dust and packaging removed).
Can you provide a COI and W-9?
Tell us which vendor documents your project requires. We will confirm availability before work begins.
